Color
The colors of our little house and our everyday comings and goings
And the three little people who make my life very colorful (and I mean that in the best possible way)
We are winding down the week, and what a week it has been. A trip out of town, new furniture, fun times with cousins, and the beginning of a new school year... but more on that later. It is Friday night and for some reason Friday night always seems so full of potential. Shaking of the dust and tiredness of the week, having a little fun, doing something simple but spontaneous. Friday is always a nice thought.
Happy Friday friends! ~April

I'd be so much more comfortable if you'd get some more scissors. I think you may be running low.
How is your play dough so pretty??
A delightful, creative post.
Nice theme.
Love it! Happy Friday, April.
@bethro78 - I can't help it. When I see a colorful pair of scissors I must buy them.
It's not commonly known, but I am a 7th level playdough master and I've taken an oath to protect the secrets of the Playdough Brotherhood (how's that for a snappy comeback? Thought of that while I was shaving my legs. the secret is not to scrimp on the food coloring).
@inanorchard - food coloring? Should I tell them that at walmart?? haha
Such a lovely vision
fun to see some of the color in your world.. makes me happy! :)
i'm kinda with beth on the scissor obsession : )
and!! i've thought of at least texting you all week to find out about school!! can't wait to hear!
xoxo
i love how colorful your world is. this was such a fun little post.
i hope you are having a most excellent weekend!
♥
and your world of color has now colored mine! what a fun post. and my kids are hanging over my shoulders checking out your kids. :)
For some reason your posts have not been coming up in my feed and so I have missed several.
I read a few to get caught up. I loved the potato digging party. My dad always grew potatoes growing up and I have fond memories of digging them up and getting into dirt clod fights with my little brother.
@zanyzeal - I'm so sorry about the feed. That happens to my feed now and again too, so weird! You sound like you had a very fun childhood :)
Color is so HAPPY to me. Especially in the form of cute pins (is that what brings your sewing inspirations), oodles of scissors, pretty flowers, play dough to entertain for hours, rubberbands in a birds nest, crayons in clay pots! I love seeing a glimpse of your world, your beautiful home and children, through this post! You exude warmth and rest. xoxo
p.s. do you take orders for onesies?? seriously.
@lifeisadance - Yes! I would be happy to make some more onesies for Hudson. Why don't you send me a FB message with his size and what style you would like. I just bought several more adorable stamps for making more little boy onesies.
